I have a dash cam and aftermarket backup camera monitor. The dash cam is on a removable base, so I wanted to find one for the monitor. It came with a suction cup mount which just wouldn't hold especially in the summer heat, so I mounted it with two-sided tape. I figured if this would hold a phone, it would hold the much lighter monitor. This came with everything including a dash mounting pad. Installation was easy and only took a couple minutes after I cleaned the old gunk off (took the longest to prep the area). The metal case ring easily attached to the monitor. The mount itself is substantial (has some heft), not just a piece of plastic. Viewing angle was easily adjusted. I yanked on it after mounting and it held tight.
