LIFETIME REPLACEMENT and WARRANTY OTHER PRODUCT

STEP 1

Please send us your order number or shipping code along with pictures of the damaged product and relevant information to Email: support@vnsport.org (Make sure your shipping and contact information is correct).

STEP 2

Once the warranty product is accepted, you will be given the option to replace the product with a new one or exchange it for another product of equivalent value.

This takes 1 weeks.

STEP 3

After receiving our instruction email. Please reply with the option of replacing the new product or changing another product and send us the email again. We will process your request in the warranty service and send you the tracking number when we ship the product to you.
